Loading texture w. alpha channel using Tao.OpenGL and C#

Hi I need some code that can load a texture that has an alpha channel. My textures are in PNG right now but I can convert them to TGA with alpha channel if that's better. My existing code loads the colors from one file and the alpha channel from another and combines these into a single texture. I would prefer to just load one TGA/PNG. Is there a simple way to do this? I'm coding in C# using Tao.OpenGL. But if you have a C++ example using plain OpenGL, i will just read and convert it.
