OpenGL Opengl API

From what I can see this is the same as YCbCr, for which Apple do have an extension.Apple ycbcr.

If you're not using an Apple 'puter, the alternative is to use a couple of colours (as many as you can) you know as calibration references and construct a matrix which will convert them. - Ah there's one here... Wiki YUV. This is fine if you don't want to recalculate the colours at draw time.

If you do need to do this at draw time you might need to find a graphic lib instruction - a pixel shader would probably work.

Anyway, there's quite a lot of info out (t)here on t'internet.
