Color Map

Hi there, I'm developing a Terrain editor to create a terrain which will be static terrain ( will has constant light direction, normals, heights, position, orientation .. ) so I calculated every thing in the editor and I want to generate a single color map with another height map. I already generated the height map, but I don't know how to generate the color map. I'm using per pixel lighting, directional light and multi-texturing ( 4 layers ). I'm using XNA, Shader 2.0.
