visual c++ express 2008 problem

so i have been using msvc++ 6.0 for about the past 7 years and have loved it. i just downloaded the visual c++ express 2008 to check it out and i cannot find the option where you can set what libraries for your project to link to. any help?

Off the top of my head:

If you manage to find the project settings page then you should look for the linker item in the tree view found to the left of that dialog. The linker item should have a child item called Input if I'm not mistaken. Selecting that item should present a form to the right which should contain a textbox where you can specify which libraries to link to.
