Hi, I currently have gNewSense installed on my laptop. The only driver missing is for my Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection. The driver that I'm looking for is at http://intellinuxwireless.org/?p=iwlwifi. It relies on another package called mac80211, which can be found at http://intellinuxwireless.org/?p=mac80211. On the mac80211 how-to page, it says that it assumes the kernel sources are installed on your system. To make sure, I tried: % ls /lib/modules/$(uname -r)/build/Makefile and of course, it couldn't find the file. So, how can I install the kernel sources in gNewSense, without using apt-get, yum, etc., since I have no Internet connection on my laptop. If you need more information on mac80211, go to http://intellinuxwireless.org/?p=mac80211&n=HOWTO-mac80211. Where can I find out how?
