1:1 screen to world mapping

Hi there! I'm trying to achieve a 1:1 mapping between screenspace coords & world space coords.. I've setup my billboards in worldspace with normalized dimensions so that I cam use a scale matrix to define it's size in what I hope to represent screen-space pixels.. How do I setup my view & projection matrices to support this & also to allow my to make a translation of say 12 units in worldspace represent exactly 12 pixels in screen space view? PS I want to use an orthographic projection.. Thanks GameDev
