Hey guys, I just wanted to know according to you all what would be the best library for image processing in C++? I basically want to create a program which will resize an image. Thanks!

You don't need any library.
You can do everything with win32 apis.
Specially to just resize an image !

I've had good luck with ImageMagick. It handles about every image format you can think of (and 50 more on top of that) and has bindings for every language you can think of (and 50 more on top of that).
