well, my OS is vista x64, I want to get start by OpenGL but the system mentioned that this program can't be run on my system. Is it because of my x64 OS? Where can I get the OpenGL which is supported by winVista?

I imagine that's what the problem is. I suggest go to http://www.opengl.org/community/contact/ and go to the technical forums there.

the OpenGL runtime libraries required to run OpenGL applications should be included with your graphics driver.

The development libraries for Windows should be included with the platform SDK.
