2D house wall collision

I am working on a 2d game. So far i will use a radius circle to determine collision between projectiles, players, and objects like trees. But im stuck on determining if a player ran into the wall of a house. Checking the tile wont work because my house object isnt a tile on the map. Is there a way to test collision with a line that isnt horizontal or virticle? Or any other methods of doing this?
