Vector holding triangle vertices

I am creating a collisions DLL right and i am having trouble getting all my model points saved into it. Right what i want to do is have an array of a kind that holds the model id and triangle number and the three vertices of that triangle. Sort of like this model[id,triangle_num,v1,v2,v3] where id is the model number and triangle_number increases everytime three vertices are assigned to it.
