Shadow mapping and bias

Hi, i try to test Parallel split Shadow Mapping. it works but i have an artifact on some meshes (on the tree): http://texelinside.free.fr/bugs/ShadowMap_bug.jpg It seems to be a problem of bias, but i have this artifact only near the border of the frustum of my light. I have tried to use a very big bias and the problem is still here: http://texelinside.free.fr/bugs/ShadowMap_bug2.jpg Note: I am a beginner in Shadow Mapping.
