>Youtube video - poor quality, capped at 25FPS RapidShare DL of the game/source I have made a demo game using DirectX and DarkGDK engine. Now, I am unsure if I should fix this up, get the bugs out, smooth it out or begin a completely new project with just DirectX. Can anyone comment on which one I should do? I just don't know, I was working on this project for a couple months during night hours (11PM-3AM) as the school is taking its toll. But now I got a whole week to either finish this or to start a whole new project!!! What should I do? Is this salvageable, or is the source code a mess?

Much better to have a single, polished game than a bunch of half-finished games.

The only problem is that I feel really confined in this engine/kit... should I fight it, or code from scratch?
