Hello all, I'm looking for a project manager that will allow my team to collaboratively work on source files (check in and out files) and such for a given project online. Is there some software that can do this? I'm looking for a free or cheap. Thanks.

PhpCollab isn't too bad for project scheduling/tracking and it integrates with some form of freeware source control that I don't actually use. Give it a look, it might be what you're looking for.

can run on a server or single pc, has very much features and it is freeware

Haven't used it, but you can look into Overlord. $30 isn't too expensive IMO

Edit: Then again, maybe not
