Any deadreckoning c++ code using the raknet/opentnl?

Prediction code is usually written at a higher level than the network wrapper, so you probably won't find any articles/tutorials/code that are specific to raknet/opentnl.

You'll probably have better luck researching the concept of client-side-prediction in general.

I believe OpenTNL already contains functions that lets you dead reckon (also known as "extrapolate"). If not, then an algorithm similar to that found in regular Torque is described and implemented on the entity position interpolation code site, as listed in the Forum FAQ. Further references are also found in the Forum FAQ.
