#ifdef visual studio?

I've seen code with #ifdef GCC or similar to detect if the code is being compiled on the GCC compiler. Now, I'd like to use a similar #ifdef guard to make sure a particular piece of code is only touched if the compiler is Visual Studio or Visual Stuido Express. How do I do this? Additionally, I'm wondering in general what headers I should look for ìn the documentation of a compiler in order to find info like this, i.e. info on what defines different compilers and operating systems predefine (for instance, WIN32 seems predefined whenever I compile on a windows platform).
