There are about 8000 photoshop tutorials...maybe you can find one to help you? To colour something in quickly, just copy your picture, take away all colour from it (because scanning something drawn in pencil usually results in pinkish/green hues...just use the contrast tool) then use the fill tool, with varying levels of tolerence.
