help!!! I'm new at this nad it isn't working...

ok so here's the problem: I want to learn OpenGL and I found some not bad tutorials but how do I make the code work on my PC? where do I get all the header files from? whenever I try to run a sample code I get errors couse my PC doesn't find the right libreries or header files... I need some serios help!!!
I would suggest Microsoft Visual Studio (if you're on windosws) or Dev-CPP, although it's harder. The Visual Studio has the headers and libraries included.

that's the problem. I have the Visual studio. is it possible that in the express edition the files r not included?
Firstly, if I may ask, which version of Visual Studio are you using - 2005 or 2008?
Secondly, which files is the compiler complaining about the lack of, specifically?
[edit] I just read another thread of yours, which indicates that you're using 2005; if this is the case, have you downloaded and installed the platform SDK?
