OpenGL Is line smooth or polygon smooth supported in directx?

I am not referring to fullscreen antialiasing, but line/poly antialiasing, just as in OpenGL. What's the equivalent for DirectX (if it has one) ?

You can use ID3DXLine for line antialiasing, but there's no support in the base API. There's no per-polygon AA support that I'm aware of, though why not use fullscreen MSAA?
