hello is there a way to bind two GLSL shaders at once using glUseProgramObjectARB(prog); or what is the usual way to have two shader-effects on an object at once? thanks!

No, you can't bind 2 shaders at the same time.
Either you have to combine the shader source code yourself and compile the new resulting shader or do multipass
Mutlipass:
pass 1 :
bind shader 1, render object

pass 2 (add the result of another pass) :
glEnable(GL_BLEND);
glBlendFunc(GL_ONE, GL_ONE);
bind shader 2, render object
