[C++] Profiling with AQTime

I have been using the trial version of AQTime to profile my C++ game code and have found it usefull to find which functions are used the most, where the cpu spends most of its time, how many constructor/destructors are called, etc. I have yet to figure out how to view memory allocation/deallocation and find leaks. Has anyone used AQTime or other profiling tools and are they worth the $600 price tag?
