Games involving real money and gambling

In Italy all the gambling sites are obscured (the providers must limit the access to that sites) if they don’t pay a tax.

The production itself would probably be fairly simple. It's the legalities that seriously complicate the matter. If you do decide to go forward, you will need a legal team, you will need to abide by your jurisdiction's gambling laws and pay any and all requisite fees, you will likely be required to block certain regions from having access to your site, and you will have to include significant legal fees into your anticipated budget when you approach investors.
