Heya, am trawling the web for some help with Mikshake 3D skeletal animation but that rsn.gamesdev.net dosn't work and thats what it came up with when i searched this site. So can someone explain how to animate a Milkshake 3D model once i have loaded it all into my game engine or at least point in the right direction, i did download the ASCII from th site but it kept talking in terms of matrices i didn't have a clue about, sorr for being a noob :) PS working in java so that i can have it in an applet, but i learnt C++ first and understand it more:) the lackof pointers is really annoying! You can get Brett Porter's tutorial from rsn.gamedev.net here if it helps. You should be able to find some good info about the math involved from searching Google.

Other than the above mentioned tutorial and the file specs here on the MS3D website I havn't really found any other information about the subject, although this character animation FAQ might also be useful.

Good luck!
