Hello everyone in the forum... that will be my first post here, and it is a request for HELP!!! Ok, I have decided to setup SDL in my compiler but I am getting several errors. I followed some guidelines from both here (gamedev.net) and other forums but I cant fix it.... i included the libraries and headers on my VC++Directories ... I have set up the properties of my project as a tutorial from here said to do and tried resolving the errors using another tutorial from here and it didnt work!! So now I am asking, if it is not much, to someone help me through the process of setting up the SDL in my MS Visual Studio 2008 C++ compiler. I already set up all my configurations as it was before my first trial (default), and now I want to know exactly where to start and what to do! And I have already downloaded in my computer the SDL developer's pack for VS2005... Now, what should I do?? Thanks!! P.S.: I still have my DarkGDK (I was using it before) libraries and headers included in my directories (which is working fine)... should I remove it before putting the SDL?

Oh.. nobody answered me here, but I solved my problem xD

I found my solution at this guide here:
http://www.gamedev.net/community/forums/topic.asp?topic_id=376205

I think my problem was that I haven't set the subsystem in the linker tab...
It might help others too!!
