I was just curious these both seem like really good pieces of software to start basic game design with. I'm saving up for a synthesizer and Adobe Illustrator CS2 for my little studio I'm hoping for one day. Me and my sister are going to try and make a simple game (she's good in art and is going to draw animations and character designs). I was just wondering what would a better product be for beginning to design, Torque or Blitzmax? I've already gotten some expierience from the BASIC language, but I want the software I buy to last me a while for some later more advanced programs. Which is the better buy for me?
