I want a RGB Video file and need to know it's format and Frame Height Frame Width(I need RGB888 and RGB565).During My study about D3DFMT_R5G6B5 practically want to Render a Video File of format RGB 565 or RGB888 through a mathematical shift operation.

You're unlikely to be able to download any uncompressed video file, they're absolutely huge. I'd recommend looking for some video editing or authoring software to produce an uncompressed AVI yourself.

One second of 320x200 resolution RGB565 uncompressed AVI would weigh in at around 3MB...
