Hi all, i am running low of time and need to load .fbx animated skined models for Directx9 C++, anyone knows some library to do that? i can load the static mesh by myself, but to load skined or animated its a little fishy right now for me. Thanks anyway!

I guess few people use .fbx except for XNA. Maybe you should consider other formats like COLLADA.

I don't know of a library, but you can get the file format, sdk, or something like that from the creator's of the format website.

As for what qingrui said, unless all your models are .fbx, I would suggest a different format (hey, your already using DX, might as well use the .X format). Blender (free!) can convert between many model formats.

Just a few suggestions!

Thanks for reply.

I am using Already .x file, even skinned .x, but i have a problem with the pivots of the mesh, and some traslation, here you can see the prob:

I dont know if that problem can be solved this month, if they dont,
i may animate without bones my model and thats crazy stuff =(.

Thanks again.
