XNA Transition between two models

Hello. These couple of weeks i was into facial animation. Finally i managed to work it out somehow. Basically am using models of a facial animation from 3ds. I export the key frames into facial001.x, facial0002.x etc... (about 125k each). On my screen i have an animated body and a head, i have connected them using 3ds. When i have to play the facial animation, i simply replace the animated body and the head, with a static body. Then i load the models for the facial animation. Basically unloading and loading until i play the facial animation. The result is fantastic, performance is excellent, only down is that its space consuming. (ex: a facial animation of 650frames would need 80mb) ... don't really care though because is for a univ. project. (i can post a small video if anyone cares) My problem now is i want a fade/blur effect in order to smoothly transit from the animated body to the body with the facial animation. Any advices on that?
