With this code I print out the Pascal Triangle but I want it centered how can I do this?

using System;
using System.Collections.Generic;

public class proj3
    public static void Main()
        foreach (int[] row in PascalTriangle())
    static void Print(int[] row)
       foreach (int e in row)
          Console.Write("{0}   ", e);
    static IEnumerable<int[]> PascalTriangle()
       Console.Write("Enter a positive int: ");
       int input = Convert.ToInt32(Console.ReadLine());
       int[] row = new int[1] { 1 };
       for(int n = 2; n <= input+1; n++)
          yield return row;
          int[] nrow = new int[n];
          Array.Copy(row, nrow, n-1);
          for (int i = 1; i < n; i++)
             nrow += row[i-1];
          row = nrow;
