Hello, I need to compare curve segments where the start and end points of the curve segment are same but may have different number of points that the curve is evaluated on. So for example one curve patch might be evaluated on 100 points and the other on 80 points. I guess if the points were evaluated at the same location, I could use a RMS metric or something similar. I need to get a sense of overlap or similarity of the curve. Does anyone know what metric I might use to achieve that? I would be really grateful if someone can help me. Thanks, xarg
