A better way to ask this would be:

"Hey everyone, new to this forum, making my next get bitchin' MMO. I've been wondering, all these UDP protocols reinvent TCP. Is there a way to make session-less reliable UDP? Perhaps one that could be used with multi/broadcast, where connections are impossible?"

But copying quiz questions just isn't cool.
