[MDX] Resizing window in DX 10

I'm developing my application in Managed DX 9.0c. In DX 9.0c on Win XP resize works ok but in DX10 on Vista when I resize window picture goes black :( My device settings:
ClientSize = new System.Drawing.Size(1, 1);
PresentParameters presentParams = new PresentParameters();

presentParams.Windowed = true;
presentParams.SwapEffect = SwapEffect.Discard;
presentParams.EnableAutoDepthStencil = true;
presentParams.AutoDepthStencilFormat = DepthFormat.D16;
device = new Device(0, DeviceType.Hardware, this, CreateFlags.SoftwareVertexProcessing, presentParams);

For clearing device i use this line:
device.Clear(ClearFlags.Target | ClearFlags.ZBuffer, System.Drawing.Color.Black, 1.0f, 0);

Do anyone know sollution for this problem ?
