Using grid with buttons how to set spacing.

Hi, I am using a grid layout (4,3). I have added some buttons to the grid 12 altogether but they are very large. Is there anyway to set the spacing or padding to make the smaller or even make the buttons themselves smaller? Thanks loachman

I guess I should mention That I have the grid is a panel with layout set to girdlayout. And that panel is sitting in the center of my main frame with very large dimensions of (1000,350).
