Game Coding Complete, Second Edition

Well i have been getting into game developing latley, and i will (in september) be going through a 2 year course in it.
However i wanted an edge before i go onto the class so i purchased some books.
One was Game Coding Complete, Second Edition by Mike McShaffry.
I am in need of the source code on his website (http://www.mcshaffry.com/GameCode)
however his website says im forbidden to go there.
I tried his website at port 8080 (http://www.mcshaffry.com:8080) and thats got...well kind of a website which also doesn't work very well.
Basically im asking, does anybody have the newest source code to the book?

That address works fine for me. Perhaps your network is misconfigured or you were experiencing some kind of hiccup. Nobody here can provide you the source code unless the license for the code allows redistribution.
The code appears to be licensed under a creative commons license that appears to permit redistribution with attribution, for what it's worth.

It works if you go via a on UK Ip address (eg: a proxy). I wonder if his host has IP banned England :lol:
