Define "best".

Assuming you have your Wndproc in a class, just have pointers to the game and renderer in your window class, and call functions based on the message received. If you want it more generic, you could add a std::multimap of message ID's to function pointers (Assuming both classes derive from a common class capable of handling messages, then you can use a pointer-to-member-function).
