XNA Game question

I know that you need a publisher if you want to sell an Xbox game made with XNA, but are you able to sell a Windows game on your own?

Yep. The only real "gotcha" I know of on the Windows side is that if you use the XNA networking, you cannot sell the game (primarily because the redist doesn't include those assemblies, but also because the EULA prohibits it).
