Cell Shaded Graphics?

What program offers this type of 3D graphics? i'm a real big fan of SUDA 51's No More Heroes and Cyber Connect 2's Naruto and .//hack G.U. Thanks for your replies!

I think you might want to explain what your after. There are a lot of programs that offer "cell shading" in general. Are you looking for a particular implementation(to drop into some source) or a 3D commerical/free application that allows you to apply it to a model or ... what? Just doing a google search for cell shading will get you a lot of hits...

If you're just wanting cell shading in a 3D package, I believe all major ones offer this effect (3DSM, Maya, Blender, etc..).
If you want this effect for a game you're working on then as RIZAK mentioned I would try google ("Cell shader HLSL/GLSL/CG" or something similar).
It shouldn't be hard to implement. I like to think of a cell shader as a "Hello World" of NPR (Non Photo-realistic Renderering). Basically it's a pretty simple shader.
EDIT: you may also be able to find some results if you search "step shader" or "cartoon shader" as it's often referred to as either.
