[java] Does eclipse support nice shortcut macros?

I'm getting sick of typing "private final" in Eclipse Europa. Is there a convenient mechanism to shortcut this? I'd rather not use CTRL+P,F as that stretches my hands (not good for my RSI) and is actually less convenient than just typing. Any ideas?

You can setup templates; Window -> Preferences; Java -> Editor -> Templates

You only have to type the template name, then press Ctrl + Space; and Eclipse inserts the pattern (Unless there's multiple items with the same name; then it displays them all in a list).
