opengl gui
Hi , i am writing an opengl gui , and now i have finished the window management system , now i would like to know how can i draw into the 'client' area and restrict the drawing to that area.
I am thinking to use scissors , since i think it will be too slow to evaluate if a single line of character is inside the window itslef.
Who is willing to answer ?
I'm currently writing my own opengl gui as well. I'm using glScissors for clipping and I have not had any noticeable slowdowns at all. I would say use it.
