Whats wrong with this picture?

I found the problem, but I dont understand it quite.
The problem is because culling mode is set to D3DCULL_NONE. When I set it to D3DCULL_CCW the bottom left side dissapears and the upper right is visible.
Then when I rotate texture around 180 degrees everything is ok like the bottom left side.
So all the time I was looking at the wrong side.

It looks like there is more than 2 polygons in that screenshot.
Z-fighting artifacts also points to that.

What I mean is, you have overlapping polygons there (or so it seems).

Make sure you draw all your polygon CW (if you cull CCW) and in the good direction from the camera view. This square should only be 2 triangles, make sure you don't have more or multiples triangles one on top of the other (in the Z axis). You could also check it in wireframe mode without textures to see better the vertices.
