Tile Selection

Hello respectful members, I am creating an Isometric tile editor in C# and need a way to click on a certain part of a map. Right now I have a 10 x 10 grid representing which tile in the isometric map I have selected. What I wish to have done is to click on the tile in the map to selected it. Problem is I have no idea how to check if the mouse is inside the polygon without it it colliding with the surrounding Rects. Thanks for your time.
