Centering a sprite in fullscreen mode

Set it's position to ((screen_width-sprite_width)/2, (screen_height-sprite_height)/2) and draw it.

If you want more information than that you'll have to give us more information. Such as what DirectX version you're using, what language, if you mean using D3DXSprite or your own system, and what you've already tried so far.
