works fine with glEnable(GL_POINT_SPRITE_ARB); glTexEnvi(GL_POINT_SPRITE_ARB, GL_COORD_REPLACE_ARB, GL_TRUE); glBegin(GL_POINTS); glVertex2f(300,300); glEnd; glPointSize(1); glDisable(GL_POINT_SPRITE_ARB); questions: but it draws my texture upside down... there is a way to solve that? glTexCoord2f has no effect, it will aways render all texture? thanks

How are you loading the image? I use an external library called SOIL and all I have to do is load it with the flag SOIL_FLIP_Y (or something like that).

A cheat solution you could use is to use glRotate() to flip the y axis. I say that's a cheat because you shouldn't have to call glRotate() per image you draw.

Try flipping the texture matrix?

glMatrixMode(GL_TEXTURE);
glRotatef(180.0f, 0.0f, 0.0f, 1.0f);
glScalef(-1.0f, 1.0f, 1.0f);
glMatrixMode(GL_MODELVIEW);

This is necessary if using SDL to load images.
