Hi, I am not certain if this fits into the directx forum but since I am using directx 9.0 and maybe there are some funtions there to help me I put it here. I have a bunch of vertices on the screen and I want to make it so, that I can click one of them with the mouse. Problem is that I have no 2D-coordinates but only the 3D coordinates (x,y,z) as well as the necessary matrices (world, view, projection) and the shaders to display the vertices. How could I manually transform the 3d-coordinates of the vertices to 2d-coordinates so that I can find the one I clicked ?
