Getting loaded image data

Is there a way to get the data from a IDirect3DTexture9 something like the D3DXIMAGE_INFO structure would be perfect, but that receives the original image data, im looking for the data after the image is loaded, such as Width; Height; Depth; MipLevels; Format;
