3DSMAX XFile texture problem
I have a X File Export plugin to 3D Studio MAX R3 called "XSkinExp" and I have written a parser to convert the text data to several D3D objects.
Now I have a small problem... I´m a beginner with 3DSMAXR3 and every time I create a object and export it as a text xfile no texture coordinates does follows. I don´t know way? Somebody know?
(But if I import a 3DS object and convert it to a xfile the texcoords follows...)

Hmmm. Not too sure about that exporter, but normally when you export a file you created in MAX to a .3DS file it asks you if you want to preserve the MAX texture coordinates.
There might be some parameters for your plugin. I haven''t used that plugin so I don''t know what or where they might be.
If nothing else you can always go the slow way and export your MAX file as a 3DS file and then import it back and save it as an Xfile.
