I have posted an early demo on my site for you to view... In this demo you can see my LOD at work, and move about my terrain using the arrow keys and A/Z to move up and down. Please report your frame rates and system configs to my email if you have the chance... do the same if you come across any bugs. Thankyou, and enjoy yourselves! vEngine Homepage: http://www.crosswinds.net/~mindhive/

Erm how do you see your FPS in it? You didnt tell us how to enable the option (if it even exists). There wasnt a readme file in the zip neither, so that doesnt tell one how to enable it...

Anyway, pretty smooth on my pc, P3-600 w/ 32meg GeForce1 & 256meg ram on win2k.

The counter runs in the background and a message box pops up upon exit that tells you your minimum, maximum and average frame rates. If it doesn''t appear you should still hear a beep... just alt-tab accross to it for the info. I have no idea why it shows up infront sometimes and behind other. Perhaps d3d has some lag in releasing the device context?
