I am looking for a library that I can use with C++ to parse some javascript or ECMA script into a nice tree structure. That's all it has to do. Any advice if there is anything that can do that?

You could use Google's V8 (http://code.google.com/p/v8/) or Mozilla's SpiderMonkey (http://www.mozilla.org/js/spidermonkey/).
SpiderMonkey is fairly easy to implement, I don't know about V8.
