OpenGL OpenGL with Visual Studio.net C++ 2008

I have been trying to get lesson 1 from NE He to work http://nehe.gamedev.net/data/lessons/lesson.asp?lesson=01 I am getting this error message : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'glaux.lib' Help ! Is there any way to fix this ? Thx in advance Ken

The NeHe tutorial has this note:

NOTE #2: When the first tutorials were written, GLAUX was the way to go. Over time GLAUX lost support. Many of the tutorials on this site still use the old GLAUX code. If your compiler does not support GLAUX or you would rather not use it, download the GLAUX REPLACEMENT CODE from the main page (left menu).

I looked at this code but cannot figure out how to use it so that I can substitute it for Glaux libary in the tutorial. The only replacement that GLAUX REPLACEMENT CODE does is loads Truecolor Bitmap Images.
