Collision Question

Hello there, My question is about collision detection. I just did one loose quad tree implementation and occlusion culling on that.. It just works fine.. My scene consists of several houses.. i want to collion detection, If i do collision detection based on octree nodes , i don't know whether it really become a success .. Is anyone has used BSP tree inside Octree node for coliision detection ? ( BTW using bsp tree i can also achieve back to front rendering thus transparency is not a problem ) Any ideas ? Thanks for you time for readig this. KD
