The new NeXe Tutorial (loading milkshape models)

I have a few questions regarding the new NeXe tutorial. 1. Can a Milkshape model file be easily loaded and rendered with one vertex buffer being used in the entire program? 2. What are the exact steps to loading in a Milkshape file? - create a new texture, D3DMATERIAL8 - load in the new texture - read the header to make sure its a valid file - load in the material properties - load in an array of vertices, normals - copy it to the vertex buffer - render it - when done, delete the stuff that was alocated
